Sunrise Apartments are owned by the Clarkson Housing Authority and operate under the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Sunrise Apartments consist of 23 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
The Board of Commissioners consists of five local citizens appointed by the Mayor of Clarkson. The Executive Director is available on Mondays and Wednesday during business hours. The office is closed for most holidays.
